Web site design

  1. I will design a unique website tailored to your needs.
  2. It can be delivered in two weeks or less.
  3. One page costs $250, subsequent pages $75 each.
  4. You will provide suitable photos and text for the content.
  5. Posting onto the web and initiating Google can be included free.

The design will have a similar framework to this portfolio web sites, but differ in header, background, buttons etc. It will not use templates; each design is unique.

Payment is for half to be paid on delivery of a core website
   (headers, navigation etc) but with little content yet.
Remainder to be paid on completion and delivery of the site design. 

On-going costs.

Web sites usually cost something to be up on the web. Roughly $90 per year to rent both a web address and hosting.

The site I design will be readily maintained. You can arrange for that yourself, or I can do that by agreement.

Maintenance costs: $50 per hour.

These charges apply to editing existing web sites.
The minimum charge is for half an hour.
